The calls and texts that kept interrupting my business.
This was my working business phone. I had to keep answering unknown numbers because they could be shippers, customers, vendors or drivers. Every financing call and text took attention away from work. Blocking unknown callers or turning on broad call filters was not a practical option.

A crucial distinction about completeness
This public chronology includes the individual contact entries I could reconstruct with sufficient confidence, not every one of the 496 text records or every reported call. The October 15 Excel backup and all original call screenshots could not be re-extracted into this edition. Missing entries have not been invented or counted as displayed rows. Precise times are shown only when retained; date-only entries say “Time unavailable.” Source material is preserved separately. The aggregate counts come from the earlier analysis of the complete message export.
Numbers are partly masked because caller ID may be spoofed or reassigned, and a displayed number alone does not establish who made a call.

Follow the contacts day by day, in local time. A financing message is displayed as a short, privacy-screened description. Calls without a recorded conversation are simply labeled unfamiliar-number calls, not presumed to be from PMFUS.

The published rows are not a finding about a caller’s identity
These are preserved contact-list previews, transcribed phone-log events, and specifically attributed accounts. A telephone number may not identify the actual person or company placing a call. I have not established that PMFUS itself placed the listed calls or sent the texts. I am asking who received my documents, who was permitted to pass them on, and why the unwanted outreach continued.

I could not simply silence the phone.
My work depends on being reachable. Missing a call can mean missing a customer, a load, a driver question or a service problem. Over and over I had to stop what I was doing to decide whether the next ring mattered. I found this extremely frustrating, disruptive and exhausting.
This is my first-person account of the effect on my business, not a claim that a specific outside caller intentionally caused a measurable loss.
